Structures One is a structural engineering design firm that was founded by engineers who previously worked at large, nationally-recognized consulting engineering firms. From their experiences grew the conviction that bigger definitely did not mean better, especially with regard to providing excellent client service. The founders’ goal--to create a company where quality and client satisfaction are the foundation--became the Company’s Mission Statement and the daily benchmark against which all employees are measured.

Actions speak louder than words, and our actions reinforce the importance of providing superior client service. True story: two Structures One engineers were driving across the state to attend a social function. During their drive they received a panicked phone call from a client—there was a plotting problem with the drawings. The two engineers turned around and drove back to the office. They fixed the plotting problem but missed the cutoff for the courier pickup. Undaunted and at their own expense, the Structures One engineers personally delivered the drawings to the project owner the next day. The deadline was met.
