When Walker Brand Communications, a branding & marketing consultation firm, outgrew its space the owner decided to build its own 10,000 square-foot, two-story facility on Kennedy Boulevard, to be a representation of their brand. The building will be the first LEED certified office building in Hillsborough County, Florida. The $2.2 million project features a special high-volume flyash concrete mix design, and an exterior glass curtain wall that will allow for ample natural light. When completed it will provide views into the building at night to showcase the firm's creative work on display within.
