The new expansion of the Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club is three stories and totals approximately 28,500 square feet. It is a steel framed structure with concrete masonry load bearing walls. One of the structural challenges included a steel frame designed to support the new structure, as well as the the existing structure, all built within the confines of an existing wall.
