This project is still under wraps, but what we can tell you is that we are currently working on a 20 to 22 story, mixed-use project in a major metropolitan area. At over 1.2 million GSF, it will include retail, a full service gym, parking, and residential and/or commercial office (depending upon what scheme is chosen). Structures One is very proud to have been selected for this project by "one of the largest and most respected full-service architectural, planning, environmental, and interior design firms in the United States."
